Our Mission
“Orli” means “my light”. Our mission is to shed light on behavioral challenges, bringing clarity, guidance, and hope to families and professionals. We provide practical, compassionate support that reduces stress and creates meaningful, sustainable progress at home, in school, and in the community.
Why Orli?
I started Orli Behavioral Services to help families and individuals find relief from the daily struggles that can make life overwhelming. My focus is on turning challenges into workable routines, easing stress for caregivers and clients, and building skills that allow fuller participation at home, in school, and in the community. You will work directly with me, a board-certified behavior analyst, through parent coaching, consultation, school collaboration, life skills support, and direct ABA services. Everything is centered on practical change you can see and feel in everyday life.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?
ABA is a scientific, evidence-based approach to understanding behavior and teaching new skills. It uses strategies that decrease disruptive behaviors and increase meaningful, socially significant behaviors. ABA can support learning, communication, independence, and positive routines across home, school, and community life.
Does my child need an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnosis?
No. A formal diagnosis is not required to receive services at Orli.
Who can participate in sessions with my child?
Anyone involved in your child’s care is welcome. Parents, siblings, grandparents, babysitters, nannies, and even teachers or other professionals can take part. Our family-centered model means Megan works directly with your child while also coaching caregivers, answering questions, and sharing strategies that make daily life easier.
Who can be included in professional services?
Teachers, classroom staff, administrators, and related service providers are encouraged to participate. Megan works directly with professionals to share strategies, provide coaching, and answer questions so interventions are consistent across school, home, and community settings.
What ages do you work with?
Services are available for children starting at age 2 through adulthood. Support can include early skill building, social development, and life skills training for teens and adults.
What areas do you serve?
In-person services are available throughout Norfolk, Middlesex, Worcester, Bristol, and Plymouth Counties in Massachusetts, as well as parts of Providence County in Rhode Island. Families outside of these areas can access services through telehealth sessions.
How do I know if services through Orli are right for my family?
ABA can benefit individuals with a wide range of abilities and needs. The best way to find out if Orli is a good fit is to schedule a free meet and greet. During that conversation, Megan will learn about your goals and help identify the most appropriate supports.
What is the difference between Consultation and Coaching?
Consultation is a flexible, one-time session (about 60 minutes) where parents can ask questions, share concerns, and receive recommendations to try on their own. Coaching is ongoing, typically 60–120 minutes weekly or biweekly, and includes side-by-side practice, feedback, and support in everyday situations. Coaching often begins with an evaluation to set specific goals and objectives tailored to your family.
Where do services take place?
Services are flexible and can take place in your home, in educational settings such as schools, daycares, camps, or day programs, out in the community, or through secure telehealth sessions. The location is tailored to meet your child’s or family’s needs.
What can I expect during a session?
Each session is individualized but may include teaching and practicing skills, modeling strategies for caregivers, and problem-solving around daily routines. Megan provides hands-on support and real-time feedback so strategies can be used right away in everyday situations.
Do you accept insurance?
Orli currently operates on a private-pay basis. We can discuss short- and long-term payment options, and provide documentation if you would like to explore out-of-network reimbursement with your insurance provider.
How much do services cost?
Because services are individualized, costs can vary. Pricing and payment options will be reviewed during your meet and greet so you have a clear picture before beginning.
How do I get started?
Contact us to schedule a free meet and greet. This is a chance to ask questions, share your goals, and learn about what working together would look like. If it feels like the right fit, we can move forward with scheduling services.
Ready to take the Next Step?
